David Schraub is, as of Fall 2021, an Assistant Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School. Previously, he was a lecturer at the Berkeley Law School and senior research fellow at the California Constitution Center. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of constitutional and anti-discrimination law, law and religion, and energy law. David’s scholarship has been published in the California Law Review, the University of Chicago Law Review, the Boston University Law Review, and Social Theory and Practice, among others.
