Norman Rosenberg is an organizational consultant to progressive nonprofits and has been a public interest lawyer since 1971. He has been the CEO of three national public interest organizations: the Mental Health Law Project (now the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law), the New Israel Fund, and Parents’ Action for Children.
