BECCA ISRAEL serves as Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Engagement, bringing deep experience building the resources and relationships that power movements for democracy and justice. At Voting Rights Lab and its 501(c)(4) arm, Secure Democracy USA, Becca led fundraising and programmatic strategy that fueled the organization’s work across 14 states to protect and expand voting access. At Arena, they shaped strategic investments to train and launch the next generation of Democratic candidates and campaign staff. Earlier, at Bend the Arc, Becca played a key role in building the organization’s philanthropic engagement strategy and supported its PAC. Across every role, Becca has earned a reputation for turning bold visions into funded, high-impact programs.
