Mindy Lee is the Vice President of Operations at the Nexus Project, bringing more than a decade of experience in strategic operations, program management, and organizational development across the nonprofit, higher education, and public sectors. Before joining Nexus, she worked in management consulting, supporting senior leaders on enterprise-wide change initiatives and strategic planning.
She previously held leadership and program management roles at the University of Texas at Austin, the URJ Greene Family Camp, and the Institute of International Education, where she managed national and international programs and built partnerships across government, university, and community organizations. A product of the Reform Jewish movement, she has spent her career advancing dialogue, inclusion, and cross-community engagement. Mindy and her husband live in Silver Spring, MD with their young son.
