Rabbi David Saperstein is Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategy for the Union for Reform Judaism (RAC). Among other responsibilities, he is a point person for the Reform Movement on antisemitism issues. He served as U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom under President Obama and currently chairs a federal advisory committee on combatting human trafficking. Rabbi Saperstein has taught seminars on church–state law and on comparative Jewish and American law at Georgetown University Law Center and has lectured widely on antisemitism issues, serving as an advisor this year to several university presidents on how to address antisemitism on their campuses.
