Regev Ortal is the Director of Government Relations at the Nexus Project, bringing with her nearly five years of experience in congressional advocacy. Her previous roles include Director of Government Relations at Israel Policy Forum (IPF) and registered lobbyist at J Street. She is a Staff Sergeant (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces, where she served in the IDF International Cooperation Unit, liaising between the IDF and UN Peacekeeping forces in Syria and Lebanon. Regev was born and raised in Israel and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University. She now lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and their dog.
