The Guardian interviewed Nexus Project National Director Jonathan Jacoby about his calls for Jewish establishment organizations to stop engaging in an over-heated and divisive response following the election of NYC mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, and urging them to be consistent in standing up to the intensive threat of antisemitism and white nationalism coming from the Trump Administration. Jacoby told The Guardian: “Some organizations have been inconsistent in their criticism and the alarm that they ought to be expressing about white nationalism. They have tried to find a balance between that criticism and their desire to not alienate the [Trump] administration and its supporters, which relies on the support of white nationalism.”
